A fun & ENERGETIC class that incorporates elements of endurance, calisthenics and strength training. Cardio component includes Spin bikes, challenging you to your heart rate max and building strength and endurance through climbs. Circuit is 1 – 3 minute interval bursts of cardio using steps, bosu balls and more. Strength work will include weights, bands stability balls, med balls and more.
