This stationary cycle-based class will take your cardio to a new level. Participants will pedal their way through climbs, sprints and intervals.

This class uses resistance changes, cadence and heart rate focus to improve your fitness and endurance. All classes include formal cool-down and stretches and some classes may also include additional ab work to build core strength for cycling.
